CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable. All hair package add-ons are also non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, and your deposit may be transferred one time to a new available date. Rescheduling is subject to current availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-call/no-shows will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.
